Hey there, I’m Ryan Sanderson. At my core, I’m an entrepreneur, storyteller, and dad who’s still figuring it out as I go. On paper, I’ve built businesses, raised capital, and stood on big stages — but the real story is a mix of wins, losses, lessons, and a whole lot of “not quite there yet” moments.

I co-founded Knowledge Perk Coffee, which started in a 400-square-foot closet and has since grown into cafés, stadiums, and beyond. Coffee might’ve been the excuse, but building community has always been the real mission. Along the way, I’ve launched companies, mentored founders, and learned firsthand what it takes to turn ideas into reality (and how messy it can get when they don’t work out).

That messy middle is exactly why I started Not Quite There Yet Guy — a platform for high achievers, dads, leaders, and dreamers who are still climbing and still becoming. I believe in being real about the process — not just the highlight reel. For me, that means talking about faith, fatherhood, failure, mental health, and all the tension that comes with ambition and authenticity.

Outside of business, I’m a dad to two amazing kids, a book lover (I’ve read more than a thousand, and yes, I’m working through the Bible cover to cover this year), a guitar player, and a guy who’s always up for a laugh. I believe stories are sacred — the messy ones most of all — and I’m grateful for every chance to share mine and hear yours.

So whether it’s through coffee, conversation, or community, I’m here to keep building, keep learning, and keep going… even if I’m not quite there yet.
